The self storage units come in different sizes (9 m²/12 m²/16 m²/18 m²) and are located on the 4th floor in our warehouse building. They can be accessed by 1.5t cargo elevators.
All self storage units are fenced with steel wire and the key to the unit is held only by the lessee. By doing so we can guarantee maximum security. There are no electrical outlets, telecommunication lines or water supply in any of the self storage units since they are meant to be used for storage only.
The monthly invoice has a fixed amount every month on the basis of the Agreement and there are no addition expenses.

Our storage spaces come in different sizes depending on how much space you need. Store your stuff in a secure and easily accessible space.
The self storage units are suitable for:
- Private individuals – storage of furniture, electrical appliances and household goods while renovating, moving or simply because of a need for extra storage space.
- Companies – e-shops, clothing shops, bookshops, marketing agencies, production companies, storing office furniture etc. Food, drinks and items that come in contact with food are not allowed to be stored.
Our warehouse building is built to the highest quality standards, a solid build with stable temperature throughout the year. Our warehouse building has no humidity, is clean, well lit, secure and has toilets that are common for the whole floor (separate men’s / women’s toilets).
HTP permit – Hygienic-technical permit issued by the competent authorities confirms that the facility meets the necessary hygienic-technical conditions and standards. This permit certifies that the facility is safe for public health and will not cause harmful effects on the environment or people, and at the same time certifies that the goods stored in the facility are safe from external influences. Without this permit, companies cannot import goods from abroad.
The building floor is made of reinforced concrete with a carrying capacity of 1t/m².
Our warehouses are served by a number of cargo elevators (each with a load capacity of 1.5 t) and a loading ramp (H=1,1 m). The warehouse building is under 24h video surveillance.
The ceiling height is 3,45m, and 3,00m at the load-bearing beams.
Our customers may use our hand pallet trucks and trolleys free of charge.
The warehouse building is 500 m away from the main highway entering Skopje (Chento exit), has a direct entrance to the parking from the main street (Blagoja Stefkovski).
The yard is paved, it is spacious enough for handling vans, trucks and HGV’s. There are a sufficient number of parking spaces for cars and vans, and circular movement of vehicles around the building is possible.
HGV’s can be parked parallel or perpendicular to the loading or unloading facility.
The loading ramp has an overhang that allows loading or unloading of goods in all weather conditions, and is well lit allowing loading or unloading at any time of the day.
